To provide our peer-to-peer rental service, we collect minimal necessary data: your email address, username/name, verified phone number (shared between parties only once a booking is confirmed), and listing details.
Information is used strictly to facilitate neighbor rentals: delivering booking status emails, providing direct handover contact details upon order confirmation, and preventing spam or abuse.
All personal data is processed within the European Union under strict adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Passwords and session tokens are salted and hashed.
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and platform security (such as Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification). We do not deploy intrusive third-party advertising tracking pixels.
